- From September 2014, Sabibeco headquarter has been located in 08 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, District 1, Hochiminh City, Vietnam

– In August 14th 2018, Saigon Binh Tay Beer JSC. renamed to Sai Gon Binh Tay Beer Group Joint Stock Company (SABIBECO GROUP) with 5 member breweries, total production capacity 510 million beer liters per year, include:

* Saigon - Hoang Quynh Breweries (Hochiminh City)

* Saigon - Binh Duong Breweries (Hochiminh City)

* Saigon - Dong Thap Breweries (Dong Thap Province)

* Saigon - Ninh Thuan Breweries (Khanh Hoa Province)

* Saigon - Phu Ly Breweries (Ninh Binh Province)

- On December 5, 2023, the shares of Saigon Binh Tay Beer Group Joint Stock Company were traded on the UPCoM market under the stock code SBB.

- In early January 2025, Sabibeco officially became a subsidiary of the Saigon Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Corporation (SABECO).
