ANNOUCEMENT OF 2025 DIVIDEND PAYMENT

Saigon Binh Tay Beer Group Joint Stock Company (Sabibeco) hereby announces the dividend payment for 2025 as follows:

- Record date for exercising rights: September 11, 2026

- Dividend payment date: September 23, 2026

- Dividend rate: 2% for the year 2025 (in accordance with the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated April 20, 2026)

- Beneficiaries: Securities holders named in the list finalized on September 11, 2026, provided by the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC)

- Dividend payment locations:

• For deposited securities: Holders shall complete dividend receipt procedures at the Depository Members (DMs) where their depository accounts are maintained
• For undeposited securities: Holders shall complete dividend receipt procedures at the Company's Office on business days starting from September 23, 2026, and must present their Citizen Identity Card/Identity Card when performing the procedure.

For holders unable to visit the Office in person, please fill out the "Request for Dividend Receipt via Bank Transfer" form and send it, along with a copy of your Citizen Identity Card, to the Company's Office address.
